Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Returns Guideline:

  1. Fill out our Returns Online form here: http://bit.ly/2r3SsBS
  2. Information to be placed on the form should be the complete details of the customer to ensure a quick return.
  3. Customer will receive an e-mail with the details of the filled-up returns form on their e-mail address.
  4. Go to any LBC branch and return the item using our LBC account code: 10380101
  5. Send the accomplished LBC return slip and your BDO Bank details at CustomerCare@AnimoNation.Zendesk.com
  6. You may expect your order return to be fully processed within 3-4 weeks.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You may expect it within 1-2 weeks after we've fully processed your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to your Bank Account, within a certain amount of days.

Please take note that monetary refunds for the reasons below will not be accepted. Instead, we will be giving you voucher codes that you can use to reorder totaling to the same amount of your initial purchase:

  1. Change of Mind
  2. Size does not fit
  3. Product Changes (Product, Size, Color, etc.)
  4. Order Information Changes

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerCare@AnimoNation.Zendesk.com
